METTAPP is an on-demand mobile massage and personal training service, delivering wellness and calm all across London.

Just start by sharing your location with us — be it office, home or hotel — select the treatment you need, alongside a date and time that suits and in just 60 seconds you will be able to request a visit from a range of fully qualified massage therapists and personal trainers.

All of our therapists and trainers are devoted to your care and comfort and are Level 3 NVQ qualified or equivalent and fully insured.

METTAPP offers three services:

Mobile Massage

Each of our therapists offers a bespoke range of treatments that can be administered in the tiniest of offices or in the comfort of your own home or hotel. Depending on the therapist, services include Thai and Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Sports massage, Pregnancy massage and both Calming and Energising massage.

Massage tables or floor mattress and natural massage oils are supplied for all treatments.

Mobile Personal Training

Whether you live in the city or are visiting, we have a range of Personal Trainers who are fully qualified and available on-demand to help motivate you one-to-one to stay on top of your fitness goals.
